Growth for Fratelli restaurant in Frankston was stagnating; and lunchtime revenue was on a steady decline. The restaurant attracted ‘older customers’ instead of ‘younger families’. Fratelli did not stimulate, connect or engage with customers.
Imaginitis re-branded and repositioned Fratelli Frankston. A fresh identity was created and it has been consistently reinforced at all touch points including signage, photography, menus, direct marketing and point of sale. Fratelli’s new image embraces a ‘modern rustic edge with an Italian heritage’. This is Fratelli’s essence that reflects key brand values including family, quality, freshness and warmth. Fratelli is now engaging the community through partnerships and sponsorships.
