Taxi is a clothing brand targeting 14-24 year old females who have a preference for ‘cool and trendy street-wear’. This target market is sociable and likes to dress well in order to ‘look good and feel attractive’. Taxi’s image didn’t connect with the target market; it needed a revitalisation to raise its value proposition in the their eyes. This reflected on the brand’s growth.
Imaginitis created a brand with a personality and values that reflected the desires of its customer base (key associations: cool and trendy). This new brand identity was communicated across all touch points. A tagline was created to communicate the brand’s category/offer – ‘the clothing company’.
