The Challenge

Torca are a property development company with extensive knowledge and award winning interior design capabilities. The challenge was to create a brand identity that reflected the company’s skillset and projected a high design quality image, which instilled trust, stimulated desire and generated preference.

The Solution

Imaginitis created a brand identity including the logo, art direction and design that reflected Torca’s key brand values – style, quality, design and simplicity. The new logo that represents the letter T, also reflects a building and room (interior design). A unique typeface was created for Torca with its own character.

The Outcome

The new brand identity elevated Torca’s market presence, reflecting its commitment to quality, design and craftsmanship. It strengthened customer confidence, enhanced perceived value and differentiated the business within a competitive property development market, contributing to new customer acquisition.
